*I am a Senior Data Analyst and Program Evaluation Specialist with expertise in causal inference, predictive modeling, and educational analytics. I specialize in transforming complex administrative, survey, and assessment data into actionable insights that support decision-making, policy evaluation, and organizational improvement.

I currently work as a Data Analyst in Program Evaluation at Dallas Independent School District, where I apply quantitative and mixed-methods approaches to evaluate large-scale educational initiatives. My work includes quasi-experimental designs, regression modeling, and the development of measurement systems and composite indexes to quantify educational and behavioral outcomes.

I have over 9 years of experience in educational research and applied data science, including my previous work as a Doctoral and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CONICET (Argentina). In that context, I developed expertise in psychometrics, learning analytics, social network analysis, and data mining, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods to study learning processes and educational systems.

Technically, I work with Python, R, SQL, and SPSS to build reproducible analytical workflows, conduct statistical modeling, design surveys (Qualtrics), and develop data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics). My methodological training includes causal inference, experimental and quasi-experimental evaluation, regression analysis, clustering, and mixed-methods research, including grounded theory and qualitative analysis of open-ended data.

My research and applied work focus on using data to improve educational systems and student outcomes, with an emphasis on ethical, transparent, and human-centered analytics that support improved engagement, retention, and educational equity.*
